If you must cancel your appointment, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a service charge for the full value of the booked services. A 24 hour notice allows us to offer your appointment time to another guest who may be waiting for a service.

We appreciate a call if you are running late. If more than 15 minutes into your appointment time, we will try our best to accommodate you but may have to reschedule.

As a courtesy, if you wish to leave a gratuity, it must be left in cash or personal check made out to the stylist. We are unable to add it to any credit or debit cards.

No refunds on services. Product exchanges are accepted, with original receipt, within 30 days of original purchase for exchange or store credit only. No refunds will be given for returned products. All makeup is final sale.
